On January 13, 2019, three cryogenic towers, A151-T-201 high-pressure depropane tower, A151-T-401 deethane tower and A151-T-408 dry gas pre-separator, which were constructed under the supervision of Nanjing Sanfang Chemical Equipment Supervision Co., Ltd., belonged to Tianhua Institute, were shipped to the heavy-duty wharf of Nanjing Dafang Group and shipped to Zhanjiang.
Three cryogenic towers are the key equipment of the 800,000 tons/year steam cracking unit of the Sino-Scientific Integration Project. The specifications are 4000/2300*44/48/30*51350mm, 3600*38*59350mm, 2100*22*470mm, and the main materials 09MnNiDR and 09MnNiDIII/IV. They are all delivered as a whole.
The three equipments are all plate towers. The pre-welded parts of the inner parts/nozzles/outer pads of the towers are large in size, and the welding requirements of low temperature materials are high. The supervisor Chen Zhen in the factory strictly inspects the quality according to the requirements of drawings, technical agreements and project regulations. It takes six months, and the three equipments are delivered smoothly.
