Nanjing Tianhua phase II started construction in May 2018, with a total investment of about 350 million yuan, mainly including the second production workshop with a construction area of more than 20000 square meters, office buildings, more than 160 sets of large-scale machine tools and inspection and testing instruments, some factory roads and sewage treatment facilities, etc. After being completed and put into operation, it will help Tianhua Institute to further improve the processing and manufacturing level of large-scale environmental protection chemical equipment, promote a large number of cutting-edge technologies with independent intellectual property rights in line with the national industrial policy and environmental protection policy, and accelerate the achievement application.

In order to break through the limitations of Lanzhou headquarters and Nanjing Tianhua phase I project constructed and put into operation in 2008 in terms of test, inspection, processing equipment and manufacturing site, further improve the processing and manufacturing capacity of large-scale environmental protection chemical equipment, and meet the application needs of the industry and customers, the company has invested and started the construction of Nanjing Tianhua phase II project.
Novel coronavirus pneumonia has been built since May 21, 2018. The project team has overcome difficulties in poor geological conditions, high engineering difficulty, unplanned shutdown, new crown pneumonia and other difficulties. It has ensured safety, quality and progress, and has been making high-quality projects. During the construction of the project, there was no safety accident. The quality supervision and testing data in the construction process were timely reported to the quality supervision station, and all of them were qualified in the previous special inspection and random inspection.
During 29 months, Nanjing Tianhua phase II completed various construction tasks according to the planning, drawing review content, design requirements, construction contract, etc. The relevant inspection departments and units confirm that the design standards and acceptance specifications are met, the construction quality is qualified, and the completion data are complete, and they all agree to pass the completion acceptance. At present, the steel structure workshop construction project of the second production workshop is applying for the "Yangtze Cup" of Jiangsu Province Quality Engineering Award.
