Recently, Huaneng (Tianjin) Green Coal-fired IGCC Power Station, which is supervised by Nanjing, has been named one of the top ten "national weights" of China's petrochemical industry in 2018. As of 0918:00 on September 23, 2018, the whole plant of the power station project has been running for 3918 hours continuously, breaking the world record of 3917 hours of continuous operation maintained by Japan's No-Call Power Station, and continues to operate in a stable state, becoming the longest IGCC unit in the world, which indicates that China's coal resources green development and clean low-carbon and efficient utilization technology are in the world's leading position. Ping.

Huaneng (Tianjin) Green Coal-fired Power IGCC Power Station Project is a major project supported by the National "11th Five-Year Plan" 863. It is the first 250,000 kilowatt-level integrated coal gasification gas-steam combined cycle generating unit in China, mainly including air separation, coal gasification, synthesis gas purification, gas-steam combined cycle power generation and other main systems. This technology integrates the two major disciplines of chemical industry and electric power. By combining the gasification technology of purifying coal combustion with the combined cycle power generation technology of high efficiency, the utilization of coal has been "eaten and dried out". It has high power generation efficiency and good environmental protection performance. It is the cleanest and most promising high-efficiency coal-fired power generation technology that has been verified internationally and can be industrialized. Since the IGCC power plant was put into operation, the stable operation capacity of the unit has been continuously improved. On January 9, 2017, Huaneng Tianjin IGCC technology and application won the second prize of national science and technology progress.

All these achievements can not be achieved without the safe, stable and efficient operation of the equipment. During the construction of Huaneng Tianjin IGCC demonstration project, Nanjing has undertaken the task of supervising 108 sets of equipment from 15 suppliers. The time is tight and the task is heavy. Since the contract was signed in April 2009, Nanjing has appointed Zhao Qingwan as the project director, established the supervisory project organization, and successively dispatched them. Fifteen professional equipment supervisors have been put into the project. Among them, experienced supervisors have been placed in the factory for the core equipment such as high temperature and high pressure filters and centrifugal compressors. As of October 2010, the project director has visited the factory many times for inspection and guidance. As of October 2010, the project has lasted 18 months. During the implementation process, the schedule has been reported on schedule, and the quality problems have been reported in time. There is no significant quality in the whole process. Problems and accidents of safety responsibility occurred, and all the equipment was delivered smoothly. The established supervision objectives were achieved.

The device adopts high temperature and high pressure ceramic filter for dry dust removal, which is the first time in the domestic power industry. The high temperature and high pressure filter is the core equipment of the device. The design pressure is 3.6 MPa and the design temperature is 380 C. The medium is fly ash, syngas and nitrogen. The diameter of the equipment is 4 600 mm, the wall thickness is 5 75 mm + 3 mm, and the material is SA387 Gr11CL2 + 304L.

The manufacturing difficulties of this equipment mainly lie in the cone section, main board, internal venturi and small tubesheet components, followed by the assembly of tubesheet support platform and cylinder body, the assembly of manhole nozzle and cylinder body. The requirement of dimension control is very high in the processing of each component. There are numerous special tools for anti-deformation and positioning. Especially Venturi tube must ensure its concentricity and pre-assembly with equipment, so special die positioning aids must be used in the manufacturing process of upper and lower cone section and middle cylinder. In the process of manufacturing and inspection, Nanjing tripartite supervisors are fearless of difficulties and pressures, strictly control quality, face problems with manufacturers, actively think of ways, adhere to the principle of data speaking, do not let go of any technical details, strive for perfection, urge manufacturers to do a good job in process control, and ultimately all key indicators are checked up to meet the expected objectives of manufacturing planning.

On the basis of successfully supervising and manufacturing the first set of green coal-fired IGCC power plant projects in China, Nanjing will continue to shoulder the heavy burden in the field of equipment supervision, and create brilliance again.
