This technology combines advanced heat pump technology, flash evaporation technology and traditional steam stripping technology organically, and retains the advantages of high deamination efficiency of traditional stripping deamination technology. At the same time, it focuses on the research and application of energy-saving and consumption reduction technology, recovers the heat contained in materials in the system, and makes full use of the heat generated in each reaction process of the system and mechanical energy converted into heat energy, The steam consumption of ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment is greatly reduced, so that the technology of ammonia removal by vacuum stripping heat pump becomes an economic and efficient ammonia nitrogen treatment technology.
This technology is suitable for the ammonia nitrogen wastewater produced in the production process of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries, especially for the situation of large wastewater treatment capacity, high ammonia nitrogen content and high suspended solids content in the wastewater. At present, the wastewater treatment units in Changling branch and Qilu Branch of Sinopec catalyst Co., Ltd. have achieved achievement transformation, with small equipment area, low energy consumption, high ammonia nitrogen removal rate, long-term stable operation and significant social and economic benefits.
On the basis of this technology, Tianhua Design & Research Institute has successively developed the wastewater deamination technology for CO production of ammonium sulfate and ammonia water, and the wastewater heat pump distillation deamination technology development, realizing continuous optimization, improvement and upgrading. At present, the fourth generation of deamination technology development and promotion are in progress.
