Tianhua Institute Holds Emergency Exercise in 2019

In order to improve the emergency handling ability and safety management level of Tianhua Hospital, further strengthen the safety awareness of employees, improve the ability to prevent self-help, and ensure that employees correctly handle emergencies. On June 13, the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection of Tianhua Academy and the Scientific Research and Management Office jointly organized the emergency drill in 2019. The drill is divided into three parts: special emergency drill for radiation accidents, special emergency drill for traffic accidents and special emergency drill for network security. All staff of Tianhua College participated in the drill.

At 9 a.m., Jia Hongqing, deputy director of the company's emergency drill, announced the start of the emergency drill in Tianhua Hospital in 2019.

The first special emergency drill for radiation accidents was held in front of the isotope building. The drill is simulated by professional operators in the process of extracting radioactive sources due to mechanical failures and accidental dropping of radioactive sources outside of lead irrigation. Professionals conduct drills on the spot according to emergency plans. At the same time, deputy commander Liu Jianmin popularizes the knowledge of radioactive sources for all workers present. It emphasizes that when radioactive sources fall out of lead irrigation, the staff should leave the scene in time, and the professionals should wear lead coats and wear them. Lead glasses, personal dosimeter pens and radiometer are disposed of on-site.

The second special emergency drill for traffic accidents was conducted in front of the single apartment building. Wang Lanzhen, the team leader of Tianhua Academy, explained the whole process of the accident and what emergency measures should be taken. Captain Wang made full preparations for the drill. After introducing the traffic accidents during the drill, he popularized the emergency measures for dealing with different types of traffic accidents in the special environment of high-speed, bridge and so on. Employees said that they benefited a lot from the emergency drill. The purpose of the drill was achieved and exceeded expectations, and the effect was ideal.

The third special emergency drill for network security is conducted in the office of the Ministry of Conditions and Security. All the attendants are concentrated in the office of the Ministry of Conditions and Security. The Office of Scientific Research and Management (MI) organizes the simulation of an office computer suspected of being infected with extortion virus. After receiving the report, the Ministry of Management and Information of the Company quickly organizes personnel to the scene to dispose of the computer suspected of being infected with extortion virus, and takes charge of the letter. Department colleagues on-site explanations, so that staff more intuitive and clear understanding of the importance of network security.

The three emergency drills were successfully completed at 11:20 a.m. Vice-commander Jia Hongqing said: Thank you for your active participation, which proves that Tianhua College staff have greatly improved their awareness and attention to safety. Wang Zhijie, the commander-in-chief, made a concluding speech. First of all, he acknowledged the successful completion of the exercise, and said that the network security was the first exercise project organized by our company, which greatly improved the network security knowledge of the staff and clarified the importance of using the network safely. Then he emphasized the security theme of "security can be rehearsed, life can not rehearse". Secretary Zhang of the Discipline Commission of the company stressed that safety concerns everyone. Every employee should pay attention to safety and keep safety in mind so as to make the company develop better.
